8 weeks of Ukrainian language classes taught online in a group format (one 1.5 hour session per week) - 12 hours of instruction, and additional homework review and support from instructors in between class sessions. This class can be attended online from anywhere around the world via our online learning platform which connects students with instructors with video and a virtual class board. The number of students in the class is between 3 and 7. This course is focused on the fundamentals of Ukrainian. Students will learn greetings, farewells, and how to introduce themselves. They will become familiar with the Ukrainian alphabet, sounds, and letters, as well as the categories of nouns (animate/inanimate) and the vocative case. Special attention is given to numerals, the gender and number of nouns, and personal and possessive pronouns.
