Service Description
This course includes 10 weeks of live (online/in-person) Turkish classes (one 1.5 hour session per week) - a total of 15 hours of instruction, and additional homework review and support from instructors in between class sessions. This class can be attended either online from anywhere around the world via our online learning platform which connects students with instructors with video and a virtual class board. The number of students in the class is between 3 and 7. The classes include Turkish grammar explanations, vocabulary and conversational practice, as well as introduction of cultural competency topics through relevant history and media. This class covers grammar and vocabulary from Chapters 18 & 19 of the Elementary Turkish Textbook by Kurtuluş Öztopçu, including the following topics: Ordering food, expressing thanks, grocery shopping, Turkish cuisine, recipes, and work-related language. Grammar includes aorist tense, imperative mood (third person), correlative conjunctions, and non-future participles such as "-(y)An."

Cancellation Policy
No refunds for missed classes. However, we do record classes to share with students who missed class whenever asked to do so in advance, so if you know you will miss class, please let us know and our instructors will record the session and share it with you afterwards so you can follow along asynchronous.
