Modern Greek Intermediate III

Service Description

8 weeks of Modern Greek group language classes (one 1.5 hour session per week) - 12 hours of instruction, and additional homework review and support from instructors in between class sessions. This class is part of the 3rd year of our Greek Program, which brings students to B1 Modern Greek CEFR competency. In this level, students revise of the grammar and syntax covered in the previous two levels. The focus will be on oral communication skills and on enhancing students’ ability to develop arguments and express opinions clearly on environmental and social topics. The grammar focus of this level is on Greek relative pronouns, and relative clauses. Students continue to develop vocabulary related to ecology, nature. Writing practice includes structured argumentative paragraphs at this level.
